The MedicoAcademy shall consider your click on the ‘I Agree’ check box as your consent to have read and understood its terms of use and your compliance with its legal conditions.
Under any circumstance, if you do not wish to agree to its terms and conditions, kindly exit the site with immediate effect.
The site is operated by the medical practitioners of ……..with intent to publicize information and knowledge for medical education.

1. Modifications
MedicoAcademy withholds the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time and ensures that the changes shall be updated promptly. If you continue to use its content after the altered terms of use are published, the Academy shall consider it as your agreement to its modifications.
2. Copyright
The content and the material on the site in the form of audio-visual graphics or images are copyright protected. We are the legal owners of the content, and you are allowed to use them only for the purpose stated in the terms and conditions.
3. Limitation to use
The material on our site is only to impart knowledge. You can download the pre-specified audios/videos for your personal use or broadcast it as informative material to a non-profit educational institution. But any distribution, display, or publishing of the content to any other websites or platform for monetary benefits, or with any proprietary claim is strictly prohibited and legally binding. You are to refrain from making any modifications to the content you download from our site, in the form of advertisements or any alterations that may interfere with its viewing. You agree to maintain all copyrights and notices exhibited on our material on an as-is basis.
4. Lawful use
The terms of use mentioned in section 3 do not by any means restrict you from using the course videos for any purpose that ensures non-violation of the copyright, trademark, or any other legal rights of the content.
5. Violation of Rights
Rights that are not expressly permitted on the site are considered to be reserved. You can only use the content on the site in ways that do not violate any legal limitations, copyright, or trademark issues and comply with all the mentioned terms of use.
6. Account Termination
We expect you to provide precise and complete information when you register and create your account on our site. You shall have absolute authority over your account that would be password secured. Any breach of security, infringement, or repeated violation of the terms and conditions shall result in an immediate termination of your account. If you tamper with someone else’s account or you fail to comply with our repeated notifications, your account shall stand terminated with immediate effect.
7. Rules of conduct
As an account holder you shall be able to take part in online discussions, add your comments, and post content on the site to be viewable by anyone/everyone using the site, and/or update your profile on the site. You shall bear complete responsibility for the consequences of the user content you post or publish on the site. By submitting user content on our site, you give us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, complete right to distribute, license to use, distribute, display, and make available your user content for educational purposes. You agree to comply with the term that authorizes us to restrict or remove user content that violates the rights of others such as h harassing, defaming someone, contains obscenity, is abusive, offensive, threatening, misleading or contains codes, advertisements that may cause grave legal complications. You agree that we do not endorse any user content and you will abide by our decision to terminate or cease your content if we find it against our terms of use.
8. Liability Rules
You, agree to use the content on the site at your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable to you for any incidental, accidental, indirect, or any such damage that may arise out of any use of the content on our site. If we are to be found at fault or negligent in any case, the liability that extends towards us shall not be under any case be more than $50, in an aggregate and to the fullest.
9. Compensation
You agree to reimburse, compensate us, our board members, collaborators, content providers, employees, or anyone associated with our site against any claims, disputes, liabilities, costs[including legal fees] that arise of your non-compliance to the terms of use mentioned on our site or provisions related to user content from your end.
10. Third-party Links
Any third-party links on our site are for your facilitation. The links in no way should be considered as our approval to use them necessarily. We are not liable or responsible for your use of the third-party sites mentioned on our page.
11. Trademarks
Access to the site does not grant you to license to copy, use or register our logo, service marks, or insignia of MedicoAcademy under your name or for your benefit whether it is monetary or personal without our written consent.
12. Complaints related to copyrights
If you feel your content or any information has been misused or your copyright has been violated, immediately inform us under copyright infringement with due proof.
13. Settlement of disputes
The MedicoAcademy comes under the legal jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, and operates with facilities that fall in and around it. By agreeing to the terms of use, you agree to resolve disputes or settlements that may arise out of your access to the site in the courts of New Delhi without waiving any claims. If you access the site from any part other than New Delhi, you agree to comply with the laws applicable to your local state or country but any dispute settlement only in the sitting courts of New Delhi.
14. Qualifications
You, confirm you are over 18 years of age and are eligible to use the site or you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the rules and regulations of the site.
15. Cessation
The right to discontinue your use of the site or terminate your rights will automatically come into a function if your breach any terms of use mentioned hereunder. We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to change or modify any element of the site, to suspend it, or to terminate the site on a continual basis.
16. Paid Services from MedicoAcademy
MedicoAcademy offers paid Services (e.g. course certificates for certain course, event registrations) and platinum courses for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for MedicoAcademy and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and MedicoAcademy reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. Refunds may be available for paid Services as described in our Refund Policy below.
Degree, Diploma and Masteries Certificate Programs
The Services may allow you to enroll in degree, diploma and Masteries certificate programs or similar programs offered by the platform or our Content Providers on the MedicoAcademy platform. Our Content Providers serve as the distance education providers of these programs and determine admissions, refunds, and graduation or completion policies and requirements. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict the applicability to you of any institutional policies established by our Content Provider in connection with these programs (e.g., student codes of conduct); such policies shall supplement these Terms and to the extent there is a conflict between such policies and these Terms, as between you and our Content Provider, our Content Provider’s policies shall govern.
17. Modifying or Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop part of our Services altogether. Accordingly, MedicoAcademy may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If your use of a paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available under our Refund Policy. We may not be able to deliver the Services to certain regions or countries for various reasons, including due to applicable export control requirements or internet access limitations and restrictions from governments. None of MedicoAcademy, its Content Providers and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents (the “MedicoAcademy Parties”) shall have any liability to you for any such action. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.
18. Refund Policy
For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between subscription payments and one-time payments made for course, specialization, and guided project purchases, and that payment options may vary from one offering to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use and Honor Code very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other MedicoAcademy policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.
Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in a Content Offering, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade.
19. For Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
MedicoAcademy does not offer refunds for payments made on a monthly or annual subscription plan. To avoid being charged during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. If you complete a course during the free trial period, MedicoAcademy reserves the right to require you to pay for a one-month subscription in order to receive a course and/or specialization certificate.
Your subscription will continue on recurring basis as per the chosen subscription plan unless and until you cancel, or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by MedicoAcademy. You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid the next billing.
If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
20. For One-time Course Purchases
If you cancel your paid purchase for a platinum course, MedicoAcademy will offer you a complete refund until 14 days after payment, only if the user has not completed more than 10% of the course. However, if you’re taking a course through your company, organization, or a MedicoAcademy sponsored program then you can earn your certificate as long as your company’s contract with MedicoAcademy is active and your access has not expired in accordance with the terms of that contract or MedicoAcademy is still running a sponsored program. Similarly, refunds and cancellations will also be governed by the terms of that contract between your organization and MedicoAcademy.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, shorter refund periods may apply to specific courses (e.g., for courses that are part of certain programs, you will only be eligible for a full refund until seven days after your payment date). In these cases, the shorter period will be stated as part of the sign-up process for the course or specialization.
21. For Events
All event registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
22. For Other Paid Services
Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, MedicoAcademy has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
23. Third Party Marketplaces
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase or subscribe for a course, event or purchase any other paid Service, through a third party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by MedicoAcademy. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by MedicoAcademy, the third party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and MedicoAcademy will have no refund obligations. MedicoAcademy disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.
