A. Chief of Anesthesiology and Operation Theatre and CSSD services In Charge, Greater Kailash Hospital, Indore from September 2008 to May 2018.
Responsibilities held during this period:
1. Specialty anesthesia for high risk obstetrics, Infertility unit In Charge, laproscopic surgeries including laproscopic bariatric and gynecologic surgeries, anesthesia for neurosurgeries, orthopedic including joint replacement surgeries, ENT, eye, renal transplants, gynecologic surgeries, plastic surgeries, onco-surgeries.
2. Administration of OT, department of Anesthesia as well as CSSD.
3. Departmental and inter-departmental hospital audits as per NABH protocol.
4. Member of the NABH Core committee, Drugs and Therapeutic Committee, Medical audit Committee, CPR committee during this period.
5. Training of doctors, paramedical staff as well as on medical staff on patient safely and management.
B. Free lance anesthesia at Indore, with an experience of obstetric and gynecology, urology, laproscopy, neuro, plastic , and various other major surgeries. 2003-2008. A pioneer worker in promotion of pre-anesthesia evaluation in anesthesia practice of Indore.

3. Hon. Secretary of the Indore city Chapter of Indian Society of Anesthesia, 2006-2012. During this period the city chapter was declared the best city branch of the country for six years consecutively.
